We have several leasing and boarding opportunities currently available. We have tailored these options to support both equestrian professionals and discerning horse owners, as well as canine business professionals.
For equestrian professionals and owners, we are offering the following:
- Trainer’s Block for Lease: We are seeking a reputable trainer to operate their business out of a dedicated block. This space includes 8–10 box stalls (8 with attached runs and 2 oversized) and a feed storage stall.
- Dry Lot for Lease: This space features run-in sheds and is ideal for an independent owner with 2–3 horses.
- Exclusive Horse Boarding: While we are not a public boarding facility, we have opened two spots on our specialized 15-acre track system.
Additionally, we are offering a unique opportunity for Canine professionals: Our facility is ideally suited for a dog training, boarding, or grooming business. The lease includes access to our large covered arena for year-round training, secure box stalls for boarding, and a dedicated space within our onsite veterinary clinic for grooming operations.
